We are a family with over 29 years of experience fishing and sailing this sea.

We have decided to raise fishing to a higher level and share our experiences with you.

The Tunaholic® project has spawned after so many years of fishing experience, and has been transformed into a new gastronomic story designed down to the smallest detail, from the preparation of dishes, the names of dishes, packaging, and the design of the facility.

Tunaholic fish bar was opened in 2020, and in a short time it has emerged in the gastronomic offer of Switzerland. Immediately after the opening, it filled the media, it was flooded with praise, and only positive reviews and words of praise came from gastro clients and experts.

Tunaholic became a brand in a very short time, thanks to the invested love, knowledge, experience and knowledge of this type of food, innovative preparation, a combination of traditional cuisine in a modern guise, and the desire for our gourmets to be satisfied with what is offered.

Tunaholic is no ordinary fish bar, Tunaholic is a healthy and original way of living through which we want our area to be special in what we are; sea, fish and good people.

Tunaholic is an ideal partner in opening a facility with a gastronomic offer anywhere in the region and beyond. The concept of the franchise is based on enthusiasm, originality, gastronomic combination of modern cuisine and traditional food, healthy and the main ingredient - fish.

The concept of the building is divided into two possible options, and the optimal square footage of the building is 20 - 40 square meters: 

  • Building in the old town, central part of the town / part of a building;
  • Facility in a large shopping center.

We offer a simple partner franchise model that involves the complete transfer of all elements of the brand.

Exceptional attention to selected raw materials and recipes, the use of fresh ingredients, a special way of preparing meals, attention to adequate and personalized packaging are a guarantee for the success of the brand itself.

Tunaholic® is a protected and registered brand and as such can only be used in partnership. It is recognizable and unique in both design and architectural terms.

Since our operating model works proven and successfully, we offer you a ready-made beautiful fish story.
The complete process from the moment of signing the contract to the realization will be accompanied and supported by our team, which will transfer to the franchisee partner all the acquired experience and systematized knowledge needed to start and successfully run the business.

The promotion of our products and services contributes to creating an image of the reputation of the Tunaholic brand, and this is an important goal of our business. We use an elaborate way of promotion and marketing through social networks.

Partners from our team have the right to use the Tunaholic brand, they have all the information related to the business, brand standards, policies and procedures related to food in detail elaborated in the Operations Manual, planned annual marketing strategy - guidelines for social networks, marketing graphics preparations, Graphic book of standards and visual identity, Architectural book of standards - building design.

ESTIMATED TOTAL INVESTMENT VALUE

  • Franchise Fee / Royality Fee - 6.5%
  • Royalty marketing and local advertising - defined together by the franchisor and the franchisee
  • Possibility to purchase a Master franchise for certain territories - on request

BASIC SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

The ideal franchisees should have an entrepreneurial spirit, as well as a background of sales experience, marketing, start-up capital, experience in catering and primarily a love of gastronomy, the sea, fish.
Need a good location in a pedestrian / shopping or business zone, with the possibility of attractive tourist attractions, a building with a ventilation system and a minimum of 35 kw of electricity, the optimal size of the building 20 - 40 m2 (plus storage space).
